Our beloved boat, Kláris is for sale. This boat is difficult to be related to any other boats as this is a special living-boat, on which we were living for many years, then let it out for performances, programmes, companies’ activities.
The body of the boat was built in 2000 and is in a very good condition. As years were passing by big spaces were added to the superstructure. So at the moment you can find 2 apartments – 5 sqms each – and 8 smaller rooms or offices, 12-17 sqms each.
The entry bridge is horizontal when the water level in the watercourse is sufficient. In case there’s only little water there, we must walk in and out as if we were walking on a hillside up and down. Of course if the boat is on a lake, this question hardly ever matters.
